Affiliate Programme

The Affiliate Dashboard shows one link, four performance figures and two balances. This guide explains what produces each of them, and what has to happen before a balance becomes a payment.

Sign-Ups, Conversions and Commission

Four figures sit under Performance, and the gap between the first two is the one worth understanding.

  • Sign-ups: people who created an account through your link inside the attribution window
  • Paid conversions: the subset of those who went on to pay for a plan. Commission follows this figure, not the first one
  • Commission this period: what the current period has earned so far
  • Commission lifetime: everything earned since you joined

Why there is no click count

The dashboard reports sign-ups rather than visits. Counting clicks would mean tracking people who never created an account, which is more of them than is needed to tell you how the link is doing.

From Balance to Payment

The two balances

Available to pay out is what has cleared and is waiting. Paid to date is what has already been sent. Commission earned is not the same as commission payable: an amount joins the first balance only once it has settled.

How a payment is started

There is no request button, and its absence is deliberate. Payouts are prepared by us against the programme terms shown at the foot of the dashboard, including the minimum balance a payment has to reach. Nothing is needed from you to trigger one.

The history list

Each past payment is listed with its amount, its reference where one exists, the date it was marked paid and its status. Until the first payment is made the list shows an empty state rather than a zero row.

If You Are Not Enrolled Yet

Opening the dashboard without an affiliate account is not an error. The page recognises that you are signed in but not enrolled, and offers the application form instead of an empty dashboard.

An application is reviewed rather than granted automatically, so the status beside your code may read as pending for a while after you apply.

What This Page Does Not Cover

Commission is income, and we cannot advise on it

How affiliate commission should be declared, whether it counts as trading, and what records you may need to keep all depend on where you live and on your wider circumstances. Nothing here is tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own position.
