Personal Information
Your personal information forms the foundation of your legal documents. It’s important to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Security Note
- Navigate to your Profile from the dashboard or menu
- Click on "Personal Information" section
- Click the "Edit" button to make changes
- Update your details (name, date of birth, gender, etc.)
- Click "Save" when done
Contact Information
Keep your contact details current so beneficiaries and executors can reach you if needed, and so we can send important notifications about your account.
- Go to "Contact Information" in your profile
- Update your email address, phone numbers, and mailing address
- Add alternate phone numbers if desired
- Specify your communication preferences

Citizenship & Residence
Your citizenship and residence information helps us tailor your will to the jurisdictions that may apply to you.
- Navigate to "Citizenship & Residence" section
- Select your country of citizenship
- Add any dual citizenships if applicable
- Specify your current country of residence
- Update your state/province information
Relationships
Document your family relationships to help with beneficiary selection and ensure your will reflects your current family situation.
- Go to "Relationships" in your profile
- Add spouse or partner information
- Add children and their details
- Include other family members as needed
- Update relationship statuses when life changes occur
Reminder
Emergency Contacts
Emergency contacts can be notified in case of urgent matters related to your account or will execution.
- Navigate to "Emergency Contacts" section
- Add at least one emergency contact
- Include their full name and relationship
- Provide multiple contact methods
- Keep their information current
One account across our sites
TheWILL.ai, Orchard72.com and Expat183.com, all part of The Family Group, share one account. The same email address and password work on each of them.
Which site should I sign in on?
Sign in on TheWILL.ai. While you are signed in there, the other sites can sign you in without asking for your password when you choose Sign in or open a page that needs your account. You can also sign in directly on any of the other sites with your email address and password, but that signs you in on that site only.
Why am I already signed in on another of our sites?
You signed in on TheWILL.ai in this browser, so the other site checked with TheWILL.ai and started its own session for you. This only happens in the same browser and while your TheWILL.ai session is still active. If a site asks for your password anyway, sign in with it as normal.
What does signing out do?
Signing out on any of our sites ends your sessions on all of them in this browser. This includes a site you signed in to directly with your password. If a site still shows you as signed in afterwards, sign out there too. Your sessions on other devices are not affected. Before you confirm, the sign-out screen tells you which sites it covers.
Do password, email and two-factor changes apply on every site?
Yes. It is one account, so a new password, a new email address or a change to your two-factor authentication applies on all of our sites straight away.
Can I use my passkey on every site?
No. Passkeys are linked to TheWILL.ai and only work there. On the other sites, sign in with your email address and password, or sign in on TheWILL.ai first.
Does deleting my account delete it everywhere?
Yes. Deleting your account deletes it on TheWILL.ai, Orchard72.com and Expat183.com, not only on the site you are using. You cannot keep the account on one site and delete it on another.
