Accepting Your Licence
- Click the invitation link in the email you receivedThe link will take you to Orchard72 where you can review the licence details.
- Sign in to your existing account or create a new oneUse the same email address that received the invitation. A licence is tied to that address, so signing in with a different account will be refused.
- Review the licence details and click "Accept Licence"If the invitation has been revoked or can no longer be accepted, the page tells you so instead. Otherwise, confirm your acceptance.
- Your account is now upgraded and all features are ready to useOnce accepted, you have full access to Orchard72 premium features at no cost to you.

Your Privacy
Your estate planning data is completely private. The person who purchased your licence can see the email address they invited, the name on your account once you accept, and whether you have activated the licence. They cannot see your will, documents, beneficiaries, or any estate details.

Existing Subscription
If you already have a personal Orchard72 subscription, it will be paused (not cancelled) when you accept a team licence. Your personal subscription resumes automatically if the team licence is revoked. A team licence has no expiry date of its own: it lasts as long as the purchaser's order is active.

What happens if my licence is revoked?
Your team-provided access ends straight away and you are emailed to let you know. If you had a personal subscription, it resumes automatically. Your data is never deleted, and you can always access your account on the free tier.
Can I refuse a licence?
Yes. You are not obligated to accept. Simply ignore the invitation email.
Who can see my data?
Only you. The licence purchaser sees the email address they invited, the name on your account and your activation status, nothing else.
Can I accept with a different email address?
No. The licence is issued to the address the purchaser invited, and acceptance is refused if you are signed in with a different one. Ask the purchaser to reassign the licence to the address you would prefer to use.
