Plans carry a seat allowance rather than a per-person charge, so a single-seat practice pays the plan price and not a multiple of it. The allowance on each plan is listed on the pricing page, and it is what changes if you later take somebody on.

How do I bring the clients I already have?

Client and will details come across by CSV, and each client's existing will documents are added through the per-client import wizard. Both are self-service, so moving a caseload does not depend on anyone else's schedule.
