No. Authorization is per matter by design, so there is deliberately no control that sends a whole client base anywhere, and that is not a limitation we plan to remove.

That is between the client and your firm. Once a copy sits in your systems you hold it as an independent controller, and the obligations that come with it are yours, including answering an erasure request. We cannot reach into your systems to delete anything and we will not suggest to a client that we can. You may want to check how your own retention policy applies before you collect a matter.
