‎Foreign institutions net sellers of SAR 751.6M shares

Foreign institutions accounted for 42.67% of total buy transactions and 46.72% of total sell trades on TASI. Saudi institutional investors were net sellers of shares worth SAR 464.7 million, weighed mainly by corporates which sold shares worth SAR 849.7 million. ‎Foreign institutions sell SAR 1.19B shares on TASI

‎ Tadawul trading screen Foreign institutions were net sellers of nearly SAR 1.19 billion worth of stocks during the week ended Sept. 24, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in its latest weekly report. Foreign institutions accounted for 37.57% of total buy transactions and 46.72% of total sell trades on TASI. Saudi institutional investors were net buyers of shares worth SAR 340 million, backed mainly by investment funds, which bought shares worth SAR 192.9 million, corporates (SAR 126.4 million), and institutional DPMs (SAR 22.9 million). ‎WSM plans public sukuk, Tadawul listing

‎ WSM published offering prospectus for its SAR 500 million sukuk program. WSM for Information Technology Co. ( WSM ) plans to offer sukuk for public subscription and list them on the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) Sukuk and Bonds market. The company said in a Tadawul statement that it published the offering prospectus for its SAR 500 million sukuk program. The offering will be available to both retail and institutional investors. WSM appointed Impact46 Co. as financial advisor and sole arranger for the offering. According to data available on Argaam , WSM announced in August 2025 plans to establish a SAR-denominated local sukuk program compliant with Shariah principles, with a value of SAR 500 million. The program aims to support the company’s operations and expansions that contribute to its financial and strategic objectives. On Sept. 24, the company announced the program’s offering memorandum, stating that the sukuk will be issued in tranches, with the date of each issuance to be determined in the applicable final terms.

‎SAB Invest manages over SAR 37B in assets: CEO

‎ Ali Almansour, CEO and Managing Director of SAB Invest Ali Almansour, CEO and Managing Director of SAB Invest, said the company currently manages over SAR 37 billion in assets, up from SAR 16 billion three years ago. He added that the growth has been strong and diversified across different asset classes in the Saudi and global markets. Speaking to Argaam on the sidelines of the Money20/20 conference, Almansour said this year marks a pivotal stage in the history of the Saudi market in terms of foreign investment. The main market was opened to all categories of foreign investors, he said, adding that SAB Invest was prepared from Day 1. The company began preparations before the decision was issued and started receiving foreign investor applications as soon as the market opened. The company had built the technology infrastructure needed to allow foreign investors to open portfolios and make transfers through its digital channels. It began onboarding a number of foreign investors in the first month, with their numbers expected to increase over time through direct investment.
