Estonian lawmakers propose minimum annual Ukraine aid of 0.25% of GDP

Earnings

Estonian lawmakers have proposed mandatory annual military and financial support for Ukraine , including a requirement to provide at least 0.25% of Estonia's gross domestic product each year. The draft statement contains a series of additional recommendations to strengthen aid to Kyiv and increase pressure on Russia. According to local media, 67 members of the Riigikogu, Estonia's parliament, have submitted the draft statement titled 'For Ukraine's Victory and the Security of Europe' for consideration. The document was formally introduced in parliament by Marko Mihkelson, chair of the Riigikogu Foreign Affairs Committee. The proposal will be reviewed and scheduled for a vote, with the relevant committee meeting set for September 17. The initiative specifically calls for a long-term and predictable commitment: allocating at least 0.25% of Estonia's GDP to Ukraine each year. The text also urges Estonia's allies to prioritize the delivery of air defense systems and missiles to Ukraine, maintain a steady supply of military equipment, and ensure critical stockpiles are ready for the coming winter.

These are the sites people in those markets simply use, in the way that a single portal often becomes the default in a country too small to sustain three of them. Why Small Markets Produce Outsized Economics Classifieds businesses obey a brutal logic. Buyers go where the listings are, sellers list where the buyers are, and the leader tends to take almost everything.
