Do you charge per will?

No. Plans are priced per practice for the period they run, not per will drafted, per document stored or per client record held. The professional pricing page sets out what each plan includes.

Is there a charge for each member of my team?

Each plan includes a set number of team seats, published alongside the plan, and team members sit inside the practice account under their own roles and permissions. If your team outgrows them, Extra Team Seats are an optional add-on.

Does using the AI features cost extra?

Accepted Answer

Not within your allowance. AI draft generation and document extraction are included in every plan as a monthly allowance that rises with the plan, with no per-will or per-document fee on top; Advanced AI Packs add more if you need them. The allowance is listed on the pricing page, and how the AI itself works is explained under AI tools for will writers.

What does it cost to move an existing practice across?

Accepted Answer

There is no separate migration or setup charge. What transfers today, what is authored fresh and how long a move tends to take are set out for practices switching from another system.

Yes. There is a free tier you can take a first matter through end to end before deciding, and the paid plan contents are on the pricing page.
